Im also running an Eaton M45 charger,,,first time i heard it i never expected that noise, but like some have said you either love it or you hate it,but with me after owning it now for over a year i love the bloody thing,,has its moments thou my set up sometimes like to run a little erratic,,but if that had have bothered me i wouldnt have bought another g40 engine with a psd Eaton set up :o ;D,,the fun will probably begin for me when i fit my PSD Eaton cam  ;)

Doubt you need smaller pulleys for the eaton. I am running 1,2 to 1,3 bar with the crank and alternator pulleys out of the 6n polo and using a 5pk belt.

Kano has my old setup and tbh, i miss the psychotic blender noise and thats it. psd kits can be a swine due to bodges when they were made and i mustve spent  £150 on toothed belts! Wasnt so keen on power delivery either (more revs = more power) and im alot happier with the K03 setup i have now.
