Superchargers
« on: November 20, 2011, 06:33:41 pm »
Are there any companies out there that offer compact sized superchargers.

A friend of mine has a suzuki Ignis and is after supercharging it, and seeing as there isnt a great lot of space in the engine bay he is after something quite compact.

He doesnt want to go down the turbo route as he thinks it will be too expensive, as you have to go down the route of manifolds etc...

So is there any supercharger bofins that could shed some light on the topic?

Cheers

Gav

Not sure about compact chargers, but I'd have thought you'd soon go past turbo prices once you factor in pullies, belts, brackets etc?

Rotrex chargers are pretty compact.

It's not going to be cheaper than turbo'ing though, it's just not.
