Jabbasport R1 G40 Supercharger - fresh refurb - 0 miles!

HI - here we've got my spare r1 charger... seeing as i'll be selling my g40 soon i'm servcing and selling some spare chargers.

So this is a nice very clean, low wear (therefore prob low miles) charger, serviced originally by jabba and ported to r1 spec in 2004.  I've cleaned it and given it a full service - bearings (even end one jabba didnt change - as they are £50odd each), new oil seals - hi spec viton ones and apex seals - beige ones supplied by company that used to supply vw!!!  So its a top rebuild on a lovely nick charger.  Its not together yet - so will be lubed in PTFE or Kluber Grease - depending on buyer preference and whether they have the boost return mod or not and will be painted in engine enamel.  Only slight issue (nothing really but felt i ought to point it out - is that its had a knock - prob in post - where the return pipe bolts on - thread is fine, really is nothing - photo below)

Lots of chargers have damage or are hanging inside! i've probably serviced or helped to service about 25 chargers now, this is not one of them, its a good un!!


Price - £550 - which is essentially £50 more than if you got your charger done at jabba - and it could be argued this has better service parts!

hello,pete charger still for sale? is this possible to send to belgium whithout breaking? im realy intrested but dont now it gets safeley to belgium, postal service can sometimes be hard with paccage

ok,thanks but do you think its possible to send to belgium whithout breaking? have the car abbout 5monts boost is about 0,9bar 65mm v-belt chipped is this good boost? can i check in a quick way if charger is good read something off dear shoud be no oil in boost pipe that comes off charger but in my pipe is lots of oil normal?

should be find shipped to belgium, especially if insured.

there should be a finger full of oil at most if the boost return pipe is standard.

That is about right boost figures.
