Engine porting

Hi would you recommend porting the engine as i haven't really seen people talking about doing it? Is this something that you should/shouldn't do to a G40... Probably a silly question but any advice would be much appreciated.

Porting the cylinder head is worth doing on virtually any engine, the G40 is no different. The inlet manifold (ideally a GT one) can also be ported and matched to the head.
