just out of query..
would a specialist be able to salvage this head?..
a hae agra engineering by me they build race engine for knockhill and done my flywheeel, head etc..

has this head any chance of being good as normal .. ?

well yes.. otherwise a wouldnt of asked the bloody question?
ive seen some horrid bottom ends and they've been sleeved and used in races only weeks later..

am asking is there some sort of alluminium welding and repair work that can be carried out..

well after phoneing my mate at Agra specialist he wants a photo and reckons it could be done but said it might not be cost effective..

Youngprodigys- oil pump may have sold already but i do have another one that covered 108k and worked fine. If you want that one i can sell it for £20 as it has done more miles.

Also found another standard supercharger elbow. And i looked again and i possibly another one that had been ported by PSD.

£15 for standard one £20 for psd one.

agra spray metaled my charger shaft and do thing for my work too. they are good.
the head being alu could be welded since the seats are pressed in. but this might not be cost effective.

Good old Agra Engineering still on the go eh! I ran a de-tuned Imp engine of theirs for yonks. Bombproof!
