it's hard for me to comment because it changed so much other stuff on the car at the same time.  But it'll make it rev up quicker. I don't notice any issues with rough running or it being easy to stall.

I'm having loads of stuff changed at the same time so probably won't be able to see the difference, but i just wanted to know if you were disappointed with it or....??

Pete can I let you know tomorrow if i want that fly wheel??

Pete- I've got a flywheel for you at the unit, think it's already been skimmed if you want it? Catch me on MSN.

Jake- Even with a few kg taken off them, the car still idles fine, and is smooth, paddle clutch is more of a pain by far!

I run a helix clutch and lightened flywheel and its good. Revs slightly quicker.

I changed both of them together so i noticed a difference. I think its worth it, although torqueing them bolts are a right!!!! pain!!!

As in what it can take? I think it is 200nm but im might be getting that confused with the sach one. Does it not say?

My car puts out i think 140 lbf-ft (189nm) and i get no problems.

Oh no, sach is 300nm and i think the helix is 250nm.
