Engine Rebuild Now Won't Start

Gonna need abit of help with this one i'm running out of ideas now. Basically it's a fresh engine a 1341 turbo if it makes any difference, but I can't get it run properly. When you start it, it fires for a split second then dies. I've checked for fuel, spark, compression all is good. All the wires are pluged in the right way what else could it be?

sounds like fuel pressure not up to full pressure to me..

You checked the fuel filter for blockage? and the fuel lines?
