Interior bits to finish my car

Evening Gents,

Like a fool I've lost a couple of interior bits amongst rebuilding the car, and have scrapped the G40 I had sitting around for this very reason!

So, I need the following please:

Interior bonnet pull (plastic handle with 2 cap head bolts)
Interior heater cable- the short one (for direction of air, not the long blue hot/cold one)

That's all I've found that's missing, for now!
