ok, a long with the 51mm throttle bodies i've been working on (but had lots of uni work to do as well so progress is slower than i thought) I made myself some toothed pulleys sometime last year. seen a few people asking where to get these so thought I could make a few sets in different pulley form.
However. they would be steel (i may be able to get a supplier for aluminium ones but they will be more expensive) and they would need a spacer too, which would be included in the set.
the pulley i run is 2x crank speed but will be able to offer a few others like 1.85x crank speed and maybe a 2.18x if any mad man wants more boost. would anyone be interested in these? if so i could do a few sets.
probs around £150 with a belt, maybe be a tad more or less when it comes round to it.

Ok, well I have got in contact with the manufacturers that made PSD's pulleys. I have asked for a quote for 10 sets of the pulleys and they said they can supply - they would be the same spec as PSD's old ones, hard anodised too. Asked for the phase 1 style anodising because they were stronger. Will have to see what they quote me for before i know prices and such but if people are interested.

It will be good to have these back on the market.

Do you know what kind of aluminium alloy the PSD pulleys are made from ?

Any chance of getting some eaton pulleys made up i can get some dimensions?

Ok, good update today. Visited the place that did the PSD Phase 2 pulleys. They had a set there and I was impressed by them - about 750G in total, maybe 800 with the guides / screws. Would probably have different guides (trying to find a supplier for these atm i think i have one) / screws and they wouldn't have PSD engraved on them (might get G40 on them though;)) other than that they would be identical.
I would want to order about 10 for stock, so not a group buy (unless we can get 10 in for a buy) Price would be £265ish, including guides, assembled and with a belt. Would be able to post to europe too if there was interest.
Now I need your guys help - I need any info on the PSD Phase 2 kit, photo's and such, how much wear? Cause the guys said they did 2 different types. One was a soft ally that was hard anodised, the other was a harder ally that was just anodised. they said the harder ally ones were better than the hard anodised ones.
I know the Phase 1 were done by Pace products so i'm not sure what materials they used, these were good so I have read. Sure some guys on here will know more about them though.

As for the eaton kit, unless there was a good demand then no unfortunately, maybe these would be better for a group buy?

Ok, the ones I've handled were black anodised. I just want to be sure of a quality product to offer people.

PeteG40

the pace products ones are by far the best... I've had a set with about 80k on them and they were mint!

Are the silver ones the phase 1 and the black phase 2?

PeteG40

phase1 have guides on charger and alternator pullies and are browny colour.

phase 2 have a wider charger pulley and only a guide on the alternator pulley.  They did a silver batch and a blue/black batch.

Always wondered what the difference was.

It appears I have a set of Phase1 and a set of Phase2  :o ;D

I seem to be the only one who's had the problem(or noticed )it, but the keyway on the alternator pulley of my phase 2 kit was cut same size as the charger pulley when it should have been much smaller. This led to wear on both the alternator shaft and pulley. Had to get the pulley re-cut. Worth checking!

With the eaton pulleys, I'm sure there'd be a need for at least 10. I want 2 (1 for spare charger), my mate would probably want 2 and there's afew people on here after 1.
