Parts & seals for re-fitting head

I have a list of parts and seals etc that im looking at buying for when my head goes on. The head has been skimmed and im going to stick with a VAG for all the parts, unless they dont have them or if there are any recomendations for other companys to use?

If there is anything i have missed out or you reckon its worth replacing while the heads off, please let me know.

For the cam:

Head has done 60k

New valve guides perhaps?

I think they were replaced when the head was rebuilt/ ported/ big valved.

That's a decompression plate for lowering compression ratio, not a head gasket.

I think i will just stay standard vag parts.
