My First Polo - Now Deceased!

Got this August 2006 and owned it for around 6 months before selling to Sally Healeys brother.

It has now been scrapped which was such a shame as it was one of my all-time favourite cars! But seen as i'm due to be buying a new G40, I thought I would relight the cars old flame!

Jabba sport induction kit and heat sheild

Poly bushes all round
Gmax shock absorbers
Eibach springs
Lower strut brace

Brakes:
Black Diamond Disc
Pagid Fast Road Pads
Braided Hoses
Uprated 8V Golf master cylinder 22mm

Wheels and Tyres:
14" Rials, Diamond Cut with Anthracite Detailing
4 x Yoko A539s

Exterior Styling:
Black clustered rear lights
Eyebrow spoiler
Debadged Grill
De-polo badged at rear
Light smoked tinted windows

Interior Styling:
Recaro Sportline Interior (from a mk1 sportline cabby)
Momo Team 280mm Steering Wheel
Golf Ball Gear Knob
Silver door pins & mirror adjusters
Supercharged badge under radio

ICE and Security:
Central locking
Electric windows
Clifford concept 600 with remote engine start

Plns
*remove eyebrow spoler, debadge the g40 at front possibly
*supercharged badge for back, possibly one for front
*13 x 7 Superlights/Stagmags/Superstars
*Rear disc Conversion
*R1 Spec Rebuild
*Engine out and rebuilt by a friend over the spring months
*Smooth engine bay when its out, possible relocation of watertank
*Do boost return mod, get spray from psd and buy a sexy oil catch tank
*full leather re-trim by myself (fronts, rears, door cards, parcel shelf, dash.
*dash, either brighten it up or mod a new one to fit, thinkin audi tt or a new style car
*new centre console piece as mine is no longer screwed on to anything at the back
vdo gauges
*private plate maybe or just getting rid of that god awful blue band

Scrapped? shit i hope it was stripped of everything good first that would of been a waste. i think the rear lights look cool man

i sold the recaros and momo team, the suspension was a bit goosed, and when the engine was split there was two cracks between cylinders, and a gaping hole in the intercooler!

when john scrapped it, he chucked out all the G40 specific suspension bits, tcas, tie-rods, rear beam etc. i was gutted!
