I know, the general plan is to get a G40 lump for it when my insurance goes down, I'll probably be looking around on here for one in the near future. Other than that, its getting pearlescent white body, black saphire roof, engine bay and alloys.

Not much else needs doing to it other than a little tlc, since it has the G40 bodykit on already :)

Its just something ive mocked up in photoshop, if i dont like it im going to have it sprayed the same colour as the car, can't decide whether to have bumpers sprayed same colour as car or leave them black, im torn between the 2 :/

mate, don`t change it.

i would advise subtle changes only, i don`t want to offend but the black roof and colour coded bumpers especially in white would look shite :(

i love them the way they are, OLD SKOOL all the way,

a g40 conversion is all it needs mate. :)

Looks like its little changes then, but as of this moment in time a G40 conversion is out the window due to insurance quotes and prices of engines at the minute, may wait till insurance goes down and buy one then :) And evn without the charger its a pocket rocket, my parents have a Skoda Fabia VRs 1.9 TDI And the polo is miles more fun by miles :)

Thanks liam...Man that sounds weird since im called liam aswell o.O

Will try to keep you guys updated on what happens with the car, hopefully visiting the local scrappy to see if theres any old Mk2f's in for spares, or hopefully an old G40 in there, which will be getting taken and stored for restoration :)

And the VRs is nippy, but theres to much fancy electrical gizmo's and it weighs a brick shithouse, even with no-one in. (I know this because i can pick my polo off the floor by myself at the rear wheels :) And the VRs doesn't budge)
