whats the difference with the jabba g40 stage 2 than a std rebuild?

I believe they 'break the edges' a bit from the original machining and casting finishes within the charger, its a very mild tune which you wouldn't really notice the difference on, though in saying that its a good complement to a smaller pulley.
If your servicing your own charger then this spec is easy to achieve with some filing/profiling around any sharp changes in surfaces, and also smoothing the vanes on the outlet.
the next stage requires more heavy removal around inlet and oulet, and opening up of the ports in the scroll.

i was looking at the paperwork 4 this g40,and it was done by jabba last year to stage 2,since then its done 600mls,with i think is a std pulley.its doing approx 0.6 bar.its also got a piper 270 cam fitted,seems to pull strong 4 the spec.thinking of fitting 65mm pulley an a chip,altho im going to fit this m45 eaton in time ive got lying around.whats the going rate for the 65mm an chip,and what psi will i get from the it.cheers
