Breather

I'm in the process of getting my g on the road after 3 years in storage, it's got the boost return mod, there's a large diameter pipe coming off the breather pod on the back of the lump and just going onto the chassis leg, I noticed that no oil at all had run down the pipe, I take it this should be oily? Is the pod blocked?

It should have some oil but not alot o would of thought, but thats only as im guessing when the lader is on boost it will suck and suck up oil through the breather pipe but as its had the mod done it wont bring up alot of oil. I looked at someones oil catch tank after a few hundread miles and there was hardly any oil in the tank.
