Is my clutch done? help

hey, was out driving my g40 today and all of a sudden it started to get quite hard to put into gear, especially 1st and 2nd gear. then it kind of grinds the odd time as well especially 3rd gear and reverse doesnt work at all, it just grinds, wot does this mean, has my clutch gone? 

where would i get a clutch and for what price?

i would chech the gearbox oil!

how would you check the level of your gearbox oil? im pretty clueless atm, just bought my g40 recently and im learning as i go.

the clutch is very stiff right enough. You can prob already guess my next q lol, how do u adjust the clutch?

Never worry, you've given me ideas of what it could b so I'll take it to my mechanic n have him check both, thanks

tightened my clutch cable up there, seems to be going into gear alot better, pedals still stiff, where could need oiled?

also how much should you tighten the clutch cable? .... there was movement at the forks so i tightened it untill there was no real movement.

A new cable sounds good, hopefully its not new clutch time lol

Shes driving great again after tightening it, i only bought the car recently and it only has done 1000 miles since last year so the stiff clutch could be because it wasnt used for basically a year?
