helix clutch/clutch kit

Im looking to buy an uprated clutch and ive heard good things about helix ones. Ive had a look to buy one and they come in 2 parts. Do i need both parts or can i just buy the clutch?

you want all 3 parts.  clutch, cover plate and release bearing.
