Dashboard repair

Any one familiar with repairing the plastic dashboard?
The previous owner drilled a hole for mounting some car kit just underneath the foglight and rear windowheater switches.

as much as i hate myself for recommend these boobs because i own a bodyshop, chips away do advertise doing these repairs, the quality i havnt seen yet.

what about some black silicone in the hole and smoothed over
add afew lil dimples to it if necessary if you wanted to make it blend in more

Do halfords not have some kind of repair kit?
