how can i bypass my airflow meter on my polo gt ?

how can i bypass the air flow meter on my 1.3 polo gt or dus any uther fit with out the flap that opens when you acselarate or can the flap be removed as it is broken  thanks sean

you can't "bypass" the AFM, it's there to tell the ECU how much air is going into the engine, it'll run like shit (if at all) without it.

People have fitted Golf GTI Digifant ones which are bigger but require some setting up.  There's a lot of info about it on the club polo forum.
