Just phoned them up this morning regarding my actuator, couldn't ask for better customer service, very very happy.
My actuator is rated for 20psi and therefore not ideal for my car.  Instead of me having to order a new spring to get the right PSI level, he has sent one out free of charge with a fitting kit and spare screws.  He told me exactly how to fit it and answered any questions I had.
Top stuff.  :)

Peter helped me out as well when I installed a side mount IC on my Leon, the MAP sensor alu insert had a too wide opening.
Before I know it I recieved a new one in the Netherlands made to my given dimensions.
Great support and products.

interesting that they thought the up to 20psi spring wasn't suitable.  It's what I currently use.  I have it set to run 15psi at the moment.
