It will yes, but will need work getting it there.

If youve got a BIG bundle of cash burning a hole in your pocket, do it. You'll need a bracket machining to hold the eaton in place, suitable drive for the belt (toothed pulleys), larger intercooler (eatons run hotter than G-laders) and most of all, a suitable map to run it with.
