G40 hunting revs
« on: July 12, 2009, 04:30:02 pm »
When i first start the G up from cold it idles fine and holds revs for a few minutes or so but then starts to stall so if i try and hold the revs at around 1000rpm to 2000rpm the revs will start to hunt up and down and if i let off the revs it will stall. and then when it does stall ill try to start the G again and it will die unless i apply some revs but will not keep idle and stall.

CO pot is set to around 550ohms.
I have cleaned the ISV but no change it could still be faulty so i am borrowing one to test today.
Changed Bluetemp.
Lambda unplugged or plugged in no change.
Changed HT leads.
Changed spark plugs.
Changed Dizzy cap.
Changed ECU.
Replaced vacuum pipe for fuel pressure regulator and one to ecu.

Earth to coil is fine.
Earth on inlet manifold fine.
There is no earth on the supercharger bracket on mine could this be a problem?
