BVF
« on: May 14, 2009, 01:12:33 pm »
Just noticed there's a fair few of us who've put our names down to be on the Clubpolo stand at British VW Festival and I know of at least 1 other G that will definately be there.

Worth having our own stand maybe?

3rd 4th July in Malvern, Worcs.

Normally one is booked next to the Club Polo one and we all just share the space or the club polo one is huge and no one turns up so there is plenty of room anyway.

Last year there was 5 polos on the stand at about 6 o clock on the Saturday night and it was a big pitch. Dont worry about it, anyone who wants to just turn up, we'll find room for you somewhere!

I'll be there, but I've put my name down for a local club stand.

I prefer metcheck, gives a more detailed report:

It's totally changed from what it said yesterday though, will prob need to look on thursday to get an idea of what it'll really be like.

Well I've walked in the toilet in brilliant sunshine and walked out to it banging down with rain at BVF before. The Malvern hills seem to have their own micro climate anyway. It seems like it will be warmer than last year at least, it was bloody cold on the saturday night last year!
