lower arrm bushes, what do you recommend?

I think I have a lower arm bush gone, so what do you guys recommend? Should I replace with standard or is are there any uprated items that are good?

I have some Powerflex ones sat in my boot, took them out my old bottom arms when i bought g-Ladersite bottom arms.

Only done a 1000mile max, if your interested? Can post some pics

ive got powerflex and had no problems

i've got superflex and find them fine too

I had problem with my powerflex ones coming out of align on the outer TCA.
