sub frame stage??

hi there i have been looking into a ppp sub frame but it looks like theres 3 differnent stages obviously the stage 3 would be the best but wich one is going to be most suitable for my car considering that its my daily and i dont drive like a lunatic all the time , i currently have the eiback upper and lower strut braces is a sub fram really nesecary i have been told running 150 bhp in my g that im likley to snap the chassis leg without one is this the case even with 2 strut braces?? thanks for any help you guys provide

if you can afford the stage 3 one then get that one, i have noticed a difference from the stage 2 one to the stage 3 one i got now, if you are planning on running more than your 150bhp then go for the stage 3.

Robin, i remember that you had both (2nd and 3rd stage) subframes...
Can you tell us the difference in driving feeling?
