Silicone pipes!

Can you get black silicone pipes?

Really really not a fan of blue ones, if so - where can I get them and what size do I need? 63m isn't it?

Most big brand companies do black ones now. There are loads of different sizes and angles available and the ranges are constantly growing. There are various brands and as always some rate certain ones above others. Try looking at SFS, Samco, Viper etc etc. Im sure google will come good as usual.. Hope this helps!

I've got SFS hoses on mine, with a 45 degree (iirc) bend going into the intercooler. Sits almost perfectly, and the whole lot was pretty cheap too.

If I was doing it again though I'd get Viper stuff. They now do bellows hoses, ideal for replacing the charger-intercooler pipe. Actually, if there are enough of you who want a set I can probably negotiate us a group buy on a set of hoses for a G40. It'd be the straight pipes you'd have to cut down to size (easy) and a bellows hose for the charger-intercooler.

Well I'd hapily buy a charger to intercooler pipe in black, got a blue on on there atm and I dont like them!

I'm replacing the rubber pipe thats just north of the radiator heading towards the throttle body between the two plastic pipes and the one by the TB too!

Bring up some prices and I'll probly buy them!

Got a trade account with Viper Performance already

Also got a large amount of silicone hose in stock, about 3m of straight (in black) various diameters, bends, joiners, etc etc

Let me know what you need.

Once our website is up and running there will be a standard G40 replacement pipe kit on offer, price TBC but far cheaper & stronger than VAG stuff.

It's coming along- will sort out some Club G40 discount cards for the big spenders once we're up and running.

Now we've got space to store some stock hopefully things should be alot smoother.

Silicone hose kits I could probably currently make 3 or 4 stock g40 kits up no problem, with the FMIC I'm going to tailer the kit to it will retain the stock plastic boost pipe for the CO Pot and ISV take off, as I've had a few niggles with my ally one.
