charger timing belt

how do you set the timing on the charger belt

i can see the timing marks but i aint got a clue how to time them

both  timing marks point north!

they dont seem to be both pointing north on mine

i have a few charger pics if this helps if you can see any obvious probs

but aint opened the charger yet

i cant see any marks on those photos - just not clear enough

seems to be 3 marks on 1 pulley and 1 mark on the other pulley

will take some hopefully better pics now

actually there are 3 on each one

only 1 is in line

could that mean someone has but their own timing marks on it at rebuilds
