I've bought a fair amount of stuff from the Rally Design webshop:

Always found them painless to deal with, stuff arrives quickly.  I've had to deal with returning stuff (I ordered incorrectly) and they were most helpful.  

I've also spoke to people there (mainly about 4-pot brakes) and they have experts who can advise about all the products they sell which is nice.

Just used these guys and am very happy with the quality of the goods and the delivery time was excellent 2 days from ordering to recieving which is really fast from me in the north of scotland
