I don't think you can buy it anywhere. I would be interested if anyone knows otherwise?

I think he means the material for the seats. I know there are some companies in germany or similar that re-produce some of the patterns found in old golfs (a friend of mine with a g60 edition-one bought some not long ago for a seat repair) but I don't think there is enough demand for them to re-make the g40 le-mans material.
