Random question does anyone know which vacuum hose goes where I’ve rebuilt my whole engine and just want to check I’ve put them all back correctly.im talking the ones that connect to the big black vacuum hose that goes into the brake master cylinder near throttle body.

Here's a diagram from the brake booster; https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/polo+derby+vento-ind/po/1992-120/6/615-44000/

Here's a diagram from the engine side; https://volkswagen.7zap.com/en/rdw/polo+derby+vento-ind/po/1992-120/1/133-16060/

Hopefully that'll be alright? Failing that I'll take some pics of my bay and post them. Mine's not standard though, wouldn't surprise me if something's a bit mixed up on mine. Although it seems to run well and idle fine (cuts out about 30 secs later) it runs like a bag of shit on boost (probably map and timing being off).

haha, I just tend to go straight on there whenever I'm on a PC. I'm not a fan of phones and touchscreens, I like buttons and stuff  :P If I was on my phone I'd have left you to it  ;)

Might be worth binning the lot and replacing it with new pipe for the sake of about £3. Something else on my long list of stuff to do on mine, I've got a mix of random aquarium pipe, original pipe and silicon pipe. Make sure it's oil resistant!
