TCA Bearing replacement

Guys , Its been a while since I have mucked about with Polos

I've got an old G40 I want to put back on the road for some sunday driving with my boy and noticed a TCA has a small amount of play in the bearing.

Can these bearings be pushed out and replaced with new ones? I want to avoid the route of a custom TCA or pushing a flexible rubber bush inside.
