My brake set up is 256 fronts (Audi)and mk2 golf rear discs with mk4 golf callipers.
Under heavy brakeing my rears lock up. I know rear drums are plenty powerful enough for a little polo but the set ups on there now so I'm wanting to keep the rear discs.
I'm running a 22mm master cylinder and I've use all 4 outlets so one line to each brake. So I need to reduce the force to the rears. The load compensator is at it's lowest setting but under heavy brakeing the way they work makes the force to the rear still way to much. So I'm looking at getting 2 inline bias valves to put in the place of the compensator. Then set them up on brake rollers so they are even.
My question is what have other people done. Is there a better way round it?
