easiest way of doing oil pump

hi fellas.  finally sourced all the oem parts for changing the oil pump.  just wondering what's the best way of doing it??

I've only ever done them with the engine off the car.
You need to get down to the timing belt, remove the belt, remove the crank pulley bolt and remove the end plate on the gearbox. Underneath that are the 2 bolts that hold the pump to the block. Access would be very restricted with the engine in the car I'd imagine.
