m65, m90 and m112
« on: June 15, 2016, 10:32:50 am »
Hi there,
Just wondering, i´ve never had eaton on my projects, just Glader and turbo (t28).
I know that eaton is not the best charger out there but is quite affordable and easy to fit on g40.
now, the  question is, what  eaton is best? most of the topics are from 2010or 2011 with alot of info on m45 and m62 but does anyone fitted the m65 or m90?

setup mods:
cylinder head work (bigger valves, conducts, angled valves and polished)
bigger injectors
Megasquirt ECU
XXL Intercooler

(and others that most of you do)

turbo is great for alot of power and higher RPM, Glader is the best charger for me but not so reliable for tackdays and climbings, eaton i don´t even have a experience.

I am running an eaton m45 setup, its resonsive and pulls hard from around 2.500rpm to around 5.000rpm where it kind of dies down! With a remap I am sure I can make mine pull till the rev limiter. I don't have an experience with the eaton m62 or m65 but I can only assume it will pull higher on the rev range. So it comes down to where you want to make power. Any bigger than the m65 I think it would be too big. With my setup the charger makes 0,5bar at 2500rpm on full throttle and goes up to 1bar at the limiter.
