well, you can't actually buy w5dp0 anymore, they were replaced with something like wr5dp0 a few years ago.  They are also a resistor plug.  Same goes for the NGK ones, they discontinued the non-resistor ones.  They still work fine, yes there is a suppression resistor in the rotor arm already but it doesn't cause any problems.

Got a brand new set of W5DP0 plugs for sale if anyone's interested.  And bar-tek seem to be still selling these €89 maybe they are just selling what they have left in stock I don't know.
