help needed someone take a reading..

hmmm..well i changed the alternator two weeks ago for a new one...a proper bosch one too at great expense and the battery is less than a year old and the problem was there before the battery was changed....  any other suggestions?  ive had the timing checked on numerous occasions including when it was set up again when i fitted a new cam belt and waterpump...  im stumped with this one....
