g40 k03s exhaust manifold build

Guys, i need HELP please,

i build a exhaust manifold , i feeted the k03s turbo and now i cant put water cooler,
can anyone explain me what should i change  in that construction ?...

this is an 86c from 1990 y. body so there is not so much place,

wow.... really isnt any room! for starters it looks like a golf turbo set-up (4 stud exhaust mount) which may not help. id try using a normal K03 from a audi a4 1.8 as the outlet isnt as long. design of manifold doesnt help really either.

Try searching on Google "polo g40 k03 manifold" and then select "pictures" it's the easiest way to visualize what you need to replicate and the k03 exhaust housing most people use for their built. It would take more time to explain it in words.

for the turbo you have the only solution I see is try and angle it like this picture! This will definitely require you to rotate the cold side housing and reconstruct the exhaust manifold so that the outlet faces downwards.

thx. for reply guys , but there is no room for sush a mods,

please have a look on my other post , where i face colling with additional water pump k03s, no idea from where get the water i nlet and outlet , wnd where set in the pump...


im realy confused, please help..
