de-wedging the throttle body

is this a good idea because i am looking into tasteful mods and this appears to be simple and sounds good, wht difference does it make exactly ?

it removes a restriction from the throttle body but the side effect is that you lose low speed throttle control a bit.  To be honest it took me about 10 mins of driving to get used to and then I couldn't care less about the side effect.

What is side efect? By removing the wedges  from tb do u increase fuel consumption, and do u see difference in accel?

side effect just means a possible problem caused by something else.

No I dont really think you'd see increased fuel consumption, not if you still drive normally.  In theory should use slightly more on boost as more air should be getting into the engine but I doubt you'd really notice it.
