Anyone know where you can buy tickets? Or can you just rock up and get them at the gate?

Yes you can, just go there, it will not be a problem to get in. It is probably pretty similar to a hillclimb event in your country.

At the eschdorf race in 2011 I managed to get to the Sunday without even paying. Was €20. No sign of a race until Friday night, then the whole top of the town was blocked off and pits were setup on the road with the entrants camping next to the road. Some people were renting driveways/garages.
