« on: June 24, 2014, 08:26:30 pm »
I need these belts now,

Anyone recommend a place to get them?

Found this place:

Anyone used medway belts?

I have just put one on at the weekend, but still have a couple of hundred miles of running the charger in before I can find out. Got mine off amazon, came really quickly. Wouldn't be able to rate them for a few weeks yet but did read something on here about PSD avoiding them but no reason given.

I bought that exact belt, I've done circa 2000 miles on it now and it is still going fine.

I think it is slightly noisier than the standard belt but I kinda like that.

The belt itself seems nice and strong and the teeth mesh well with the pullies.

Thats good to hear.

I've noticed the steel pulleys and these belts give a louder whine than the psd ones.

Wonder why the avoided them?

Don't know but the first one I got was off maxrpm and the one from amazon was a quarter of the price. Figured that they can't be a quarter of the quality!
