Dash lights/heaters? off

supercharged spaniel:
the lights on my three heater controls are off?  ive took it apart nd it appears there is just on small LED and the light travels around the clear plastic within?  is it just a case of getting another heater dial thingy instead of changing the LED?

Should be able to change that bulb just like you can on the dash clocks.
