Red Top or G60 Green Injectors?!?!?

Hi again guys  ;D

I would like to have another opinion of you...What injectors do you use on yours G40's or when you use one or the other...
I have 4 G60 green injectors and 8 :D Red Top Injectors from a 2.9l vr6 (i want to sell a set of 4 lol)... I know that the most used it's the green one with 3.5bars on fuel line...but if you put the Red Top you can leave the fuel line with 3bars right???because i read somewhere here in web the red top can be used to 250hp with 3bar...

it all depends what bhp your going for and what maps are available for you to use in your ecu

yes you right pete.
But for example i have:
staineless exhaust 4-2-1 with 55mm exhaust
TB 50mm
G60 charger Rs2
GT inlet
FMIC
ECU chip
lightened flywheel (1kg less) had another with a 1.5kg less to

and i have a head with port and polish and a set of big valves ( +3mm on exhaust and +2 on intake)
and i have to a block with a 1w crankshaft but it's to mount later.

what size pulley have you got on the charger?  You're probably looking at 310cc (what people tend to call reds) with that.  But bear in mind you can't just go sticking in whatever injectors you fancy, you have to get an ECU remap to suit.  Messing about with fuel pressure instead of getting a remap is the wrong way of doing it, you might get something that works but it's a bodge in my opinion.

Yes hayesey you're right my ecu map will be changed when i finish all modifications on the engine and i know that point...yes its the 310cc that i have...The size of the pulley that i'm using now it's 70mm because everthing in the charger is new but i don't put more than 68mm (maybe 65mm only to try  :D ) and only wanted to know in your's opinion what injectors do you put...

yah i bought 12 and i changed 4 for 4 of the G60 the green one

Blimey! That head must surely run offset valve guides to use 38mm inlet and 32mm exhaust valves?

Standard valve sizes are 36mm inlet and 29mm exhaust. To increase valve sizes to 38mm and 32mm would require offset valve guides to move the valve centres apart, otherwise valves would touch.

hi again guys...one question, what cars come with the Red Top (310cc)??? because i think i that had sell me ones that's not the Red Top
