interesting idea, I've not seen that before.  It would be quite easy to make.  An off the shelf rod end, bit of metal, bit of welding.  I might give it a go when I get started on my black g40 again.  I think I've already got a suitable rod end knocking about even.

Tez ran one on his, got it from Germany.

It was sweet and worked perfectly, as seen from the pictures, its pretty easy to make with some homebrew parts and a rose jointed rod end from rallye design

these are easy to make lads, i made a variation to allow my TT dashboard to fit.

1/2" ID rod end bearing and a pice of metal 4" long with a fee holes drilled in it to allow you to adjust the throw.

il make another over the weekend and throw a photo up on here.

me and my mate are gonna make one for our polos. i saw one on a g40 the other day looked like someone had make it looking closely at it, and looks easy to make

lol surprised no one has thought of this before noticed it a a year ago on a berg cup car will be trying it on my derby got my old 5 speed shifter from my g40 sat in the shed ready to be modified ;D
