Unsure as to a supplier of the rubbers. I recently had this issue myself, had to make do with my stock of used rubbers.

Ended up making the penny washers myself-drilled a lump of 60mm S/S round bar, faced, then cut it real slow in the band saw 3mm thick.

Came out ok. Could make you a couple of these if your stuck.

I'd be interested in a group buy if anyone knows of a good poly-eurethane moulding company that will do low volume orders for reasonable prices?

I bought the whole lot in 2009 and they were obsolete then. everything else was still available. the rubber dohnuts and metal washers for the rear. i kept all mine brand new in a box for my coupe.

i bought all brand new items from vw for my old coupe not long ago and ive bought nos bonrath poly ones for the g40 which will be going on once i have my kw v1's

Who did the engine mount group buy back a couple of years on club polo. I was happy with the quality. Be interesting to get a quote from the manufacturer of these. Would take some trawling of threads to dig up the info again.

If I get a free evening i'll have a look.

Cheers Mark. Yeah I have already got a batch of these on the way, should be about a month. The Bonrath bushes were popular but got discontinued, so I had a mould made of them.
