fitting a four branch manifold

Help please just brought a second hand four branch manifold for the G40, but it is fouling the black charger bracket!!! any one experienced this before?? how can i get over this??  i know it will foul the ARB but im buying some g ladder site rubber mount to sort this. Any help and advise id be most gratful

As in the one that comes up to where its mounts to the elbow?
