Bushing Removal

While fitting my stage 2 frame to day i thought i'd replace the TCA bushes, failed miserably, pretty much mirroring the weather. Is there any "easy" way of removing them in situ or do i have to remove the whole arm and press them out? All help welcome!

The whole arm is a 2min job to get off anyway dude, get that off and use two sockets one each side on a vice. One socket has to be bigger than the other
