Dude.. just buy one from a fasteners. I can get you one if you have no-where local, which in Yarmouth I can't believe!

If you get an allen head bolt it will usually be higher tensile, usually 12.9

iirc these are M12, by however long the bracket is from outside to outside.

yeah there is Westgate fastenings (think thats what they are called) near me.  just wanted to see if i could get one off hear before i go and see them.

Got an m12/100 for you today as i needed to ask about some stud bar at my local friendly machine shop.

It 8.8 with a 19mm hex head, as he couldn't find any short enough with a cap-head. Should be plenty strong enough though.
