In the process of changing mine and also trying to get all the parts i need to change.

I got new top mounts, front wheel bearings, rear wheel bearings. Is it worth doing bump stops?

I cant seem to get the rear top mounts anywhere. Vagcat doesnt show them and was wondering what people have done in past.

If there is anything else worth changing then stick a post in here.

Thought this could be put into the FAQ once there have been responses?

you'll probably do so anyway, but i'd definately use vag front bearings and if not uprated topmounts then vag!

Yeah vag for all my parts. Got some gsf rear ones and they have lasted nearly 2 years and there on the way out. Got vw front mounts. Do bonrath still do top mounts?

Bonrath used to do a one piece poly top mount, but they've now got what looks like a two piece effort on offer. I'm probably going for a set over the next couple of months but I'm a wee bit wary. Got to be better than the VW offering though.

Bonrath do camber adjustable top mounts and the rear top mounts. Mr Jackson was talking about a deal with them :-)

I would also replace the bump stops when changing everything else, when I did my suspension replaced my bump stops, as the rear ones were shagged. If your getting things ready might as well change them too
