Hi guys,
When i took the G off the road a couple of years ago it had a pretty major problem. It was blowing oil out of the throttle body and making a real mess of the engine bay.
It filled the intercooler up with oil and smoked like Dot Cotton.
I took it off the road rebuilt suspension brakes, serviced etc. I thought the oil problem was probably the charger seals so sent it to Darren at G-Werks. It had a total rebuild to Stage3. I had the intercooler flushed at a rad company and changed the exhaust. i took it for an MOT last saturday and it drove ok.
On the way home it started to smoke like hell and was missing like hell and then the smoke would clear, then it would go like mad. this happened all the way ome and is now covering the bay in oil again.
I drove the car very carefully so as to not over rev the engine.
By the way the car is running the boost return mod. Any ideas??????!!!!!!

If the oil is coming out of the TB then it sounds like a charger seal related issue again. It's normal to get some oil, but not a lot.
