Boost return mod

I am currently in the middle of doing a boost return mod and have got a little stuck whilst making the oil catch tank. Can anyone tell me what size pipe to use to channel the oil to the tank? I have read somewhere that this is one inch pipe but is this one inch diameter or one inch bore?

one inch bore fits over the breather pod pipe perfectly.
