I bought an aqua-mist kit last week and was wondering when i install it, where will be the best place to put the injector nozzle? I have been reading into it and it seems like a lot of people recommend it being installed just after the intercooler. As that way it can mix in better with the inlet air.

The other way was to put it into the back of the throttle body but i read it wasn't the best place as it doesn't give enough time for it to mix properly and it might not get an even distribution into the cylinder's. And if it is after any inlet air temp sensor's the ecu wont recognise the air being cooler. And it said something about fuel.

The other option was to send your inlet manifold away and get a 4 point nozzle injection installed so that every cylinder had an equal amount distributed, but that is very expensive.

I was thinking of getting a dual nozzle so i could have one on the intercooler, as mine is all ally, and the other on the ally boost pipe with the co pot housing.

For those who have them installed, how have you done it and what do you recommend?

Thanks

Robin

I got 2 jets, one going into the compressor housing and one into the inlet manifold.

Your's is turbo though isn't it?

I was planning a single jet after the intercooler.

Is one enough?
